The Cancellation Request page asks you to select your location. For many clubs it then sends you to a link provided by the gym owner, because "each location manages cancellations individually". Often that is the club's billing portal, so you need your login.
List every service you want to cancel: membership, personal training, tanning or other add-ons.
In person or by letter
Your club's agreement says whether you can cancel in person or in writing. If it allows written notice, mail a letter to your home club by Certified Mail with a return receipt and keep the receipt. Do not send it to the RSG Group office in Dallas: that is a legal notice address, not a cancellation address.
Notice and fees
Gold's Gym corporate does not publish a notice period or fees. They are set by each club; secondary sources often mention 30 days' notice and term contracts with buyout fees. Check your agreement before you assume there is no fee.
A free letter you can use
We wrote a plain, polite Gold's Gym cancellation letter template. Copy it, fill in your details, and send it yourself by Certified Mail with a return receipt. Or sign it on your phone and let us print and mail it for you, with tracking and a proof pack.
