How it works
From your phone to the gym's mailbox, with a receipt
About five minutes for you. We handle the printing, the envelope, the post office and the paperwork.
1. Choose your gym and club
Pick your gym from the list, or "Another gym" for any other club in the US.
For each chain we keep a checked note of where its cancellation letters must go: your home club for most franchise gyms, a central address for some (LA Fitness and Equinox, for example). If your gym can be cancelled online for free, we tell you before you start.
2. Add your membership details
Your name as it appears on the membership, your member or key-tag number if you have it, and the email and phone on the gym account. These help the club find your account quickly.
You also choose when the cancellation should take effect: as soon as your agreement allows, or a date you pick.
3. Read the letter and sign
You see the whole letter before you pay. It asks the gym to cancel, to stop all future charges, and to confirm in writing.
Sign with your finger or mouse, or type your name. We record the signing (time, device and a fingerprint of the exact letter) for your proof.
4. We print and mail it
Right after you pay, your letter goes to our print partner. It is printed in black and white on US Letter paper, put in a Certified Mail envelope, and handed to USPS as First-Class Mail with Certified Mail and an electronic return receipt.
It is usually in the mail within one or two business days. The return address is yours, because the letter is from you.
5. Follow it to delivery
Your private tracking page shows every USPS scan, and we email you when the letter is in the mail and when it is delivered.
6. Keep your proof pack
One PDF with a cover page (mailing, tracking and delivery record, plus the signing record) followed by the signed letter and, when USPS sends it, the return receipt with the delivery signature.
If USPS returns the letter or has not delivered it within 30 days, you get a full refund.
