What you can show the gym, or your bank

Every letter comes with a proof pack: one PDF you can download from your tracking page at any time, and that we email to you when the letter is delivered.

Page 1: the record

• Who the letter went to, the USPS Certified Mail tracking number and the service used.
• When it was mailed and when it was delivered, with every USPS tracking event.
• Your electronic signature record: when you signed, from which device and IP address, the consent you gave, and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the exact letter.

Then the documents

• The signed letter, exactly as we sent it to print.
• The printer's own copy of what was printed, when available.
• The USPS electronic return receipt with the delivery signature, as soon as USPS sends it to us.

Each letter carries a document number. Anyone can check it at our verification page, which confirms the letter came from us without showing personal details.

A proof pack shows what was sent and that it arrived. It does not by itself prove that a membership was cancelled; that depends on your agreement and the law where you live.
