1. Who we are

CancelSent (cancelsent.com) is a service of Loriam Holding Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (registration HE430761), "we" or "us". Contact: [email protected].

2. What we do

CancelSent is a mailing service. From the details you give us, we prepare a letter that cancels your gym membership. You read it and sign it electronically. We then print it and mail it on your behalf to the address shown, by USPS First-Class Mail with Certified Mail and an electronic return receipt, through our print-and-mail partner. We give you a tracking page, email updates and a proof pack.

You are the sender of the letter: it carries your name, your signature and your address as the return address. A short line on the letter says that we prepared and mailed it at your request.

3. What we do not do

CancelSent is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. We prepare, print and mail the letter you sign, as your mailing service. Whether and when a gym cancels depends on your agreement and the law where you live.

We do not promise that your gym will cancel your membership, stop billing you, or refund anything. That depends on your membership agreement, the law where you live, and the gym. What we provide is the letter and the record that it was mailed and delivered.

We do not contact the gym, your bank or anyone else for you, other than by mailing your letter. We are not affiliated with any gym. CancelSent is an independent mailing service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any gym or fitness brand named on this site. Brand names are used only to identify the gym you want to write to.

4. Your part

You must be the member named in the letter, or have their authority to cancel (for example as a parent or guardian), and you must be at least 18.

The details you give us must be true and complete. Check the gym's address: we check it against USPS data, but you know your club best.

Keep paying anything that is due under your agreement until the gym confirms the cancellation. A letter does not by itself stop payments that are already owed.

5. Electronic signature and records

By ticking the box and signing, you agree to sign the letter electronically and to receive this agreement, receipts and notices electronically. Your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one under the federal ESIGN Act and state laws based on the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. We keep a record of the signing: time, IP address, device, and a fingerprint (SHA-256) of the letter you signed.

You can download your signed letter and proof pack as PDFs at any time from your tracking page. You need a device that can open PDF files and an email address. If you do not want to sign electronically, do not sign; you can then send a letter yourself using our free templates.

6. Price and payment

The price is shown before you pay: $24.99 for one Certified Mail letter, and $14.99 for an optional copy to the gym's head office where we offer it. US sales tax is added only where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details.

7. Timing

We send your letter to print after you pay, usually within an hour (the tracking page shows the time). It is normally in the USPS mail within one or two business days. USPS delivery times are not guaranteed by USPS or by us.

8. Our money-back promise

If USPS returns your letter to the sender, or has not delivered it within 30 days after it was mailed, we refund what you paid for that letter in full, or send it again for free if you prefer. Write to [email protected] or use the help form on your tracking page.

Undeliverable or refused mail goes back to the return address on the envelope, which is your address.

9. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel your order for a full refund until your letter goes to print (the time is on your tracking page): write to us before then. Once the letter is printed and mailed, it cannot be recalled, and refunds are given under the money-back promise above, or if we made a mistake. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. 10. Acceptable use

Use the service only to send your own genuine cancellation or a cancellation you are authorized to send. Do not use it to harass anyone, to impersonate anyone, or to send anything unlawful. We may refuse or stop an order that breaks these rules and refund it.

11. Liability

Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without taking away the protection given to you by the consumer law of the state where you live. If something goes wrong, please write to us first at [email protected]: most problems are solved quickly. If we change these terms, we show the new version here; the version in force when you paid applies to that order.
