Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once for each letter.
Do you add sales tax?
Only where it applies. Stripe works it out at checkout from your billing address, and you see it before you pay.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link through Stripe. We never see your card number.
What is the copy to the head office?
For some chains we can also send the same signed letter to the company's head office for $14.99. The head office usually cannot cancel for a franchise club, but a second dated record helps if your club says it never got your letter. We only offer it where we know a suitable address.
What if USPS cannot deliver it?
You get your money back. If USPS returns the letter or has not delivered it within 30 days, we refund you in full, or resend it for free if you prefer.
