The official ways to cancel
- In person: EoS says "the best way to cancel is to visit your home EōS Fitness location".
- Online: log in to the MyiClubOnline member portal, open My Agreements and select the agreement to cancel. If there is no cancel option, call.
- Phone: 1-866-992-8958.
- Email: [email protected] (ABC Fitness runs member services for EoS).
Beware of fake "EoS cancellation" phone numbers in search results. Use only the number on eosfitness.com.
Notice and fees
EoS memberships are month-to-month with a 30-day notice: your final month's dues are billed on your regular date after the notice is received. EoS says there is no fee for cancelling.
The $59.99 annual fee is billed on your enrollment anniversary, so time your notice before that date. New members can cancel within 3 days of signing (not counting weekends and holidays) for a full refund.
What can block a cancellation
Your account must be in good standing. With an active Personal Training Agreement, you must pay off or finish the training before you can cancel the membership, except for military, medical or move exceptions.
A letter by mail?
EoS does not publish a mailing address for cancellations, so online, email or in person come first. If you also want a paper record, a letter to your home gym by Certified Mail documents your written notice; keep the email confirmation too.
